Sarah Eaton – Design Studio Manager / Pottery Barn

Leigh was one of our best Senior Interior Designers at Pottery Barn. Her role included space planning, furniture placement and colour & texture selections. Always quick to perceive the customer’s requirements and present in a clear and concise manner she built trusting relationships with her clients. A very dedicated and passionate designer with a natural flair for interior design, I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any client in the future.

Having seen several of Leigh’s interiors her style is ultra chic and elegant. Whether it is her passion for the “Hamptons” aesthetic with enough warmth to make you feel like you are on vacation or her current New York loft warehouse studio with its industrial library vibe she always creates a space with presence & style.

Leigh came to my home and immediately understood the style I am after. Her information gathering, proved to be a success, when I met her at the Pottery Barn shop and she presented me with a great plan and wonderful ideas on how to improve my home. Leigh is a pleasure to work with, her professional manner, together with her friendly, helpful and positive attitude is refreshing to say the least.

Jamie Doman – The One Agency

In real estate, there are properties that feel like a home and properties that are styled for show. The Ashley Avenue beach house designed by Leigh Taylor (Babbito) was a property that perfected both. Such a rare combination, even for a home of only three bedrooms, proved incomparable to competing homes for sale – most evident through the five, very active, registered bidders we saw on auction day and near $50,000 over-reserve sale price achieved. Quite remarkable, given that there was absolutely no structural work done on the property and that the home’s entire feel (that had buyers so emotional on auction day) came down to spatial planning, and Hamptons-influenced interior design and styling. I’m yet to come across another home of the same calibre.

Stephanie Galante – Design Client

My husband and I met Leigh Taylor when she was working for Pottery Barn as a design specialist. Leigh came to our house to inspect the space to be designed and we discussed the look and style we were aiming to achieve. After a matter of weeks we met with Leigh in the Sydney Showroom where she presented her impressive design concept, sketches and mood boards for our home. Leigh hit the nail on the head with her interpretation of our style and matched the perfect pieces from the Pottery Barn Range to our overall vision.
